RECEIVING AUTOMATION from Repete will automatically control routing, with optional monitoring of the receiving scales for the automatic capture of scale weights.   A user friendly interface allows the operator to enter the receiving data at any workstation. GRINDING AUTOMATION optimizes the performance of your grinding operation.   Our software will monitor grinder load and control the feed rate at peak efficiency.   The optional "Keep Full" feature can monitor ground product destination and automatically grind product to fill bins. The CHALLENGERpc® PELLET MILL AUTOMATION system will automatically run your pellet mill at optimal performance levels.   Repete's patented control algorithm will challenge your mill and prevent plugs.   The CHALLENGERpc® PELLET MILL AUTOMATION system automatically starts, controls and stops the entire pelleting process without operator supervision, and it delivers accurate process and equipment information to manage your operation. The LIQUID APPLICATION AUTOMATION will accurately apply liquid to a dry product downstream from the pelleting area or in any other area of the plant.   The system will store formulas with a percentage of each liquid that will be applied to the product.   Liquids will be applied to the product based on a percent of the actual flow rate of the dry material.   This dry flow rate can be supplied by a strike plate, weigh belt, or vibratory feeder. The LOADOUT AUTOMATION will accurately and quickly control and monitor various bulk loadout configurations, including shuttle conveyor or truck scales.   Trucks will be loaded by sequence and displayed at the loadout area of the control room workstation.   Multiple load tickets and formulation for a single truck are included. SABREpc® ROUTING AUTOMATION is the perfect partner to your Repete Automation System.   From receiving to loadout, ROUTING AUTOMATION can ensure that your system transfers product to the correct destination, while preventing contamination and minimizing the potential for operator error.   The SABREpc® will reduce your energy costs and equipment wear by shutting down transfer equipment when not in use.   SABREpc® ROUTING AUTOMATION is available as a standard option to your Repete Automation System. The SPRAYtec® is a stand alone liquid controller that provides accurate, consistent PLC control of liquid application.   The SPRAYtec® monitors dry flow rate from a dry flow sensor and controls liquid application as a ratio.   The operator enters a liquid I.D.   and application rate on the user friendly graphical interface.   The system will then start and control the application process when dry flow is detected.   Both dry and liquid rates are displayed in real-time on the interface.   Run totals will be displayed at the end of each run. SABREpc® FEED MILL AUTOMATION system is an industry specific application designed to meet the needs of the animal nutrition industry. The FeedMill automation system provides control of batching, pelleting, liquid application, routing and all areas of the Feed Mill. SABREpc® FEEDMILL AUTOMATION systems are designed to support feed/food safety programs, interface will all major ERP and business software systems.
