Introducing the January Repete Pet of the Month 🐾 Meet Chain O’ Lakes Georgia Peach, known as Bella! This 7-year-old Portuguese Water Dog, with her wavy coat, is a bundle of joy and energy. If the breed sounds unfamiliar, you might recall that President Obama famously had two Portuguese Water Dogs during his time in office. Bella made a 7-hour journey from Traverse City, Michigan, to join her family in Wisconsin, just two weeks after they lost their beloved dog, Zoom, another PWD. She quickly filled their hearts with love and laughter. Not just a pretty face, Bella has earned American Kennel Club awards for Canine Good Citizen, Novice Trick Dog, and Intermediate Trick Dog.
